The Austrian artist band Avoidance consisted of Marcus Geiger, Martin Guttmann, Hans Weigand and Heimo Zobernig.
and the editions can offer their album „Avoiddance“ with a special cover, which was made by Heimo Zobernig in the year 1993 and issued as an Edition of 100.
Heimo Zobernig (*1958, Austria) is known for his conceptual works, which include sculpture, as well as painting. He was representing Austria at the Venice Biennale in the year 2015 and his works are on view in international solo exhibitions, like at Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb, LUMA Westbau Zurich, Museum Ludwig Cologne, Malmö Kunsthall and Kunsthaus Bregenz.
Works by him are part of the collection of MMK Frankfurt, Belvedere, Generali Foundation, MUEION Bolzano and Moca LA.
